Hello Everyone, I was lucky enough to have purchased one of the first , Tau Mills a few years back.
I was immediately taken with the sturdiness if the mechanism, the smoothness of the wheels grinding my salt and pepper and the finery of the ground end product.
I would describe it as FINESS working at it’s best.
I was also amazed at the easiness to refill them, just slide to uncover the openings, fill and close.
I had a chef over for dinner, a while back. and he marvelled st the precision of these salt and pepper mills. He was so taken with them, that I gave them to him as a gift, thinking that find tools such as these, should be in the hands of a craftsman who loves to cook. I was completely happy to have placed my Tau Mills in the hands of an expert chef.

I have bought a total of 5 pairs for my family and loved ones as they are so incredible. They are brilliantly hand made, Swiss engineering and the quality is to good they will put live me.
